I went to Hellsgate and, the special effects got me a few times. The lighting, the sounds, and all the creepy setups made everything feel way more real than I expected. Some parts were loud, but, like, in a fun way. Overall, I had a really good night and would definitely go again with friends.

I had an okay time using the site overall. It wasn’t difficult to figure out, but my instinct was that some parts just didn’t feel as smooth as they should. The text was easy enough to read, but a few buttons and menus were frustrating on my phone. I also wish the accessibility info was easier to find and more clearly explained. It works, but it could definitely be more user-friendly for people who need simple, straightforward navigation.

Went here with a group of friends it put all of us in such a good mood. The staff were really friendly, the lines moved faster than I expected, and the whole place had a fun, upbeat vibe. We ended up having way more fun than we thought we would. I’d definitely go back.

It lasted just about long enough for what I paid, so I can’t really complain. For the price, what more can you ask for?

Went to Hells Gate last weekend and, not to be dramatic, but the parking situation saved the whole day before it even started. We found a spot almost instantly, like the parking gods had smiled upon us, and it was close enough that the walk in was no big deal at all. I usually brace myself for chaos with parking at places like this, but it was shockingly easy and quick. starting the visit without being annoyed felt like a tiny miracle lol

The tickets were priced fairly compared to the other options we checked out. They weren’t exactly cheap, but once we got there it felt like the cost made sense. Booking was simple too, so I’d probably go again if the price stays about the same

A friend recommended this place to me, and I’m really glad they did. The security was clearly taken seriously, and I felt safe and comfortable the entire time.

I’ll be honest, some of the actors were really fun and definitely caught us off guard a few times — we were laughing one second and jumping the next. But then there were a couple who seemed kind of tired or just not fully into it, which pulled me out of the experience a bit. I didn’t hate it at all, actually parts of it were really entertaining, but for the price I guess I was expecting the energy to stay high the whole way through.

I had a good time checking out hellsgate.com. The interactive stuff was cool and made browsing feel more fun, lol. A few pages did load a bit slowly though, and some buttons weren’t super obvious at first. Overall it’s not bad at all, just feels like it could be a little smoother...

I bought my tickets online and did get them in the end, so that part worked. But the checkout froze on me once, and the confirmation emails took longer than I expected. It wasn’t a huge disaster or anything, but it did feel like the site could’ve handled the basics a little better.

I started this thinking I’d just check it out for a little bit, and then suddenly I was completely wrapped up in the story. It kept me wondering what was going to happen next the whole time, and I never felt bored or like it was dragging. A few parts got surprisingly intense too, almost like I was right there in the middle of it. i had a great time with it and would definitely give it 5 stars.

I went with my 15 and 17 year old, and it felt like a really good fit for their age. It was scary enough to get everyone jumping and laughing, but not so intense or gross that you felt uncomfortable.
I probably wouldn’t bring younger kids, but if you’ve got teenagers, it makes for a fun night out. The staff kept things moving smoothly, and by the end we were all laughing about who got scared the most.

I went with a few friends and the makeup was solid. Like, some of the actors already looked creepy just standing there before they even did anything, which was kinda funny but also worked really well.

The costumes were good too, not that cheap thrown-together stuff you see at some places. A couple of the masks were kinda basic, but most of it looked really good once you were inside and it was all dark.

I’d give it 4 stars just because the line was moving a little slow, but overall it was a fun night. The whole look and vibe of the place made it feel worth it...

The set design was probably my favorite part. Some of the rooms were really creepy, with lots of cool little details, and the theme was easy to follow most of the time. A few spots, though. Kind of empty. Like they weren’t totally finished or maybe got rushed. Overall, it looked good, just not consistent all the way through.

I booked online because I had a gut feeling it would save us some time, but that did not really happen. The lines were still ridiculously long, and we spent way more time just standing around than I expected. It also felt like no one was really keeping people in the loop, which made the wait even more frustrating.
Once we finally got inside, the place was decent enough, but by then the mood had already been kind of ruined. For what they charge, I really feel like they should have a smoother system in place, because the whole thing just felt more stressful than it needed to be.

I ended up getting lost, but not in the fun “this is part of the adventure” kind of way. It just felt confusing and a bit poorly laid out.

I went to the event last weekend and overall it was decent. The concept was fun, the venue had a cool vibe, and once things got going, it was easy enough to enjoy it.
That said, the organizing was kind of a mess. The entry line moved super slowly, there weren’t enough signs, and different staff members kept telling us different things about where to go. We ended up missing the start of one part because of it, and I didn’t really trust customer service to fix or explain anything by that point.

Still, we had a decent time once we finally got inside. I’d maybe go again, but only if they get the timing, directions, and staff communication sorted out first.
